1 Construction process

2 施工要点
(1) Measurement and positioning: use total station, level, level, steel tape and other tools to measure the keel construction reference point. (5) Glue cleaning: clean all gluing parts such as aluminum plate and keel, paste protective adhesive tape at the edge of the material, fill foam strips, fill sealant, and compact and scrape the sealant with a special scraper. If the aluminum veneer is tightly seamed, the uniformity of the gap shall be controlled.

(6) Clean all exterior decorative surfaces after performance and size inspection of the parts to be cleaned to meet the decoration requirements.

3 质量标准

Standard Points
(1) The measurement of suspended ceiling line at the subway entrance shall be carried out under the condition that the wind force is not more than level 4. During line setting-out and installation, the previous process shall be checked to prevent accumulation of errors.
(2) The keel should be tightened in time after adjustment.
(3) All kinds of connectors shall be treated with rust removal and galvanizing, and the installation of connectors shall be stable and reliable.
(4) The installation verticality, flatness and horizontal and vertical measured qualified rate of lines must reach more than 90% without pollution, and the colors must be consistent.
(5) At present, there is no industry standard for the installation quality of aluminum veneer, so the quality inspection standard for aluminum veneer installation as shown in Table 1 is formulated on the basis of the quality standard for the installation of the cover panel in the Construction Engineering Quality Inspection and Evaluation Standard (GBJ301-88). Each batch of sampling 10%, if the installation quality deviation exceeds the specified standard, should take timely measures to correct.

Quality Critical Control Points:
(1) The keel of the aluminum plate suspended ceiling located at the entrance and exit of the subway shall be completed with hot-dip galvanized steel with a thickness of 3mm or more, which can effectively resist the damage to the suspended ceiling caused by negative pressure brought by outdoor airflow;

(2) Control the joints between the dense aluminum veneer panels to be uniform in size, and prohibit openings caused by irregular and irregular panels. Therefore, strengthen the standardization of board surface production and pay-off installation.
