1. Construction preparation

（1) Materials:Main keel, connector, hitch, spare parts (including hanger rod, screw, nail, self-tapping screw, etc.), punched aluminum gusset plate. (2) Operating conditions

1) After installing various pipelines and ventilation ducts in the ceiling, determine the positions of lights, ventilation openings and various orifices.

2), all kinds of materials are matched and prepared.

3), set up a roof construction operation platform frame. Large-scale construction shall be carried out after trial installation of the roof camber, structural treatment of the opening of the lamp trough, block division and fixing method, etc. and confirmation by the construction unit and supervisor.

2. Operation process:

Operation process: spring line-install main keel boom-install main keel-install secondary keel-install side aluminum strip-install punched aluminum gusset-install lamps and vents.

（1), bullet line: according to the floor elevation horizontal line, use the ruler vertical vector to the ceiling design elevation, bounce on the keel position line on the roof, and bounce the ceiling elevation horizontal line on the wall surface.

（2) Installation of main keel boom: After playing the elevation horizontal line of the ceiling and the position line of the main keel, determine the elevation of the lower head of the boom, and fix the boom according to the position of the main keel and the hanging spacing; The suspender adopts 8mm screw. The length of the suspender shall be determined according to the elevation of each part. The spacing of the suspenders is 900~1200.

（3) Installation of main keel:

1). Fit the hanger rod nut and install the hanger on the main keel in advance.

2) The spacing of the main keel is 1200mm.

3) Install the main keel: insert the main keel of the assembled hanger into the corresponding hanger bolt according to the position of the sub-gear line, and tighten the nut.

4), connect the main keel, install the connecting piece, pull the wire to adjust the elevation and straighten.

5) Install the additional main keel of the hole opening, set up and connect for clamping.

（4) Installation of secondary keel:

1), according to the played good sub-keel sub-line, card put the sub-keel triangle hanger.

2) The spacing between the secondary keels is 600mm.

3), hanging secondary keel: according to the design of the main keel spacing, the secondary keel through the triangle hanging parts, hanging on the main keel.

4) When the length of the secondary keel needs to be connected continuously, use the secondary keel connector to connect while hanging the secondary keel, straighten and fix it.

（5), installation side aluminum strip:

1), side aluminum strip specifications: 25mm × 25mm.

2), the installation of ceiling elevation requirements around the wall with cement nails fixed edge aluminum strip.

（6) Installation of aluminum gusset plate: When installing and looking at the aluminum gusset plate, gently press it along the sequence of the flanging parts, completely clamp both sides of the square plate into the secondary keel, and then push it tightly. It is strictly prohibited to load and unload the aluminum strip card. And straighten and fix the aluminum strip card.

（7) Install lamps and vents: arrange lamps and vents according to the ceiling plan.

（8), ceiling construction work completed: overall inspection for the place with dirty marks, wipe clean with rag to keep clean.
